1. Facial Appearance
• Jawline: A sharp jawline is often seen as a symbol of masculinity or beauty. You can get a sharp jawline by exercising and eating healthy to reduce the extra fat around your face. Let me tell you how I got a strong and sharp jawline: I simply started chewing gum on both sides, which helped tone the muscles around my jaw. The results were insane! Of course, it depends on your body fat percentage and it can take some time, but trust me, it’ll help you a lot like it worked for me. You can also use jawline exerciser to help tone the muscles.
• Teeth: A bright smile makes a big difference! Make sure to brush your teeth regularly. Personally, I use baking soda to clean my teeth. I put a small amount of baking soda on my palm, add a drop of water, mix it together and then brush my teeth with it. It works very well to keep my smile bright. If your teeth are crooked, you can visit an orthodontist for braces or clear aligners to straighten them.
• Hair: Your hair plays a big role in your appearance. Keep it clean, get a haircut that suits your face, and use products to add volume or texture. You can also use oils like batana oil or rosemary oil. Personally, I use rosemary essential oil and it works great to strengthen my hair and scalp.
• Skin: For your skin, you don’t need a full skin care routine like girls, if you’re a girl then you can do a proper skin care but I’d still recommend using natural resources. Here are three things I personally do to get rid of acne, pimples and get clear skin.
First, just simply rub ice on your face for 1-2 minutes, do it daily and you’ll see results in just a couple of days.
Second, you can simply use aloe vera gel, rose water or you can also use rice water, mix them together and apply it to your face, wait 15-20 minutes and then wash your face. It helps with hydration, acne and brighter skin.
Third, ginger shots. This is my favorite! Take a piece of ginger, add some beetroot, 2 lemons, half a spoon of turmeric powder and a glass of water. Grind it all together and drink 100 ml daily in the morning. It’s great for your stomach and for your skin helping with acne and inflammation. I personally use these methods and they work best for me.
2. Physical Appearance
Your physique also plays a big role in looking good. A balanced, aesthetic body is very attractive and can make a big difference. Lifting weights can help you build muscles and get stronger, it also boosts testosterone and gives you a sharp, masculine look. Cardio exercises like running, skipping or cycling are great for burning fat, especially if you’re overweight, focus on cardio exercises . Stay consistent to a regular routine that includes both strength and cardio, and also stick to a healthy diet for the best results.
Height is another important factor in physical appearance. Sleep, exercise and a healthy lifestyle can help you increase your height. Focus on classic pieces like tailored blazers, crisp white shirts, polo shirts, linen trousers, well fitted pants and leather dress shoes. Accessories like wristwatches and a leather wallet will elevate your style. Make sure your clothes fit you well. Clothes that are too tight or too loose can make you look sloppy, so always choose items that fit your body perfectly. Focus on quality over quantity, invest in quality items. Clothes made from good and durable fabrics like wool, cotton and linen, as they look better and last longer. The key is simple elegance, wearing clothes that look classy without being too flashy.
